We are currently looking for 20x 1st/2nd Support Engineers (hybrid work).Location: Mechelen, BelgiumKindly note that we require European citizenships for this position because we are NOT able to provide sponsorships.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Handling break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair.
  • Troubleshooting and configuration of customer issues.
  • Database administration and development.
  • Performing server repairs.
  • Dealing with network and infrastructure.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year
  • Languages: English and Dutch (mandatory) + French is an asset
