PwC Belgium is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen it’s recruitment capabilities. You will focus on engaging the most qualified graduate candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of your internal clients. This dynamic role allows for a wide variety of recruitment activities in several domains within our assurance business, including sustainability, auditing, risk management roles. Your main objective is to recruit highly qualified professionals to help build our firm, as we see our Human Capital as one of the most valuable assets to our firm.

What you will do and learn:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their recruiting needs, manage their expectations and provide high quality recruiting services.

• As a recruitment partner, you will advise your internal clients on the actions to fulfill the campus recruitment strategy.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle : identifying, sourcing, interviewing/assessing candidates and following them up throughout the whole process up to the offer and contract.

• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates.

• Build an extensive pipeline & network of graduate talent, in highly demanded profiles such as consulting.

• You’ll actively attend job fairs and company presentations with a team of PwC ambassadors and you’ll work closely with our Campus Event Officer.

• You’ll take part in organising and executing other campus activities and recruitment events for young graduates.

• You’ll maintain a good relationship with our internal clients and you’ll keep the hiring managers/directors informed about the recruitment status, activities and selection process.

• On top of this, you could be involved in interesting, HR projects and topics.

Who you are

• You have a proven track record in recruitment, including stakeholder management and bring at least 1 year of experience to the table or more.

• Highly communicative and proactive towards your peers, candidates and clients.

• Strong sense of collaboration to advance as a recruitment team .

• You have a strong sense of autonomy and easily steer yourself towards your goals.

• Well organized and efficient in organizing and coordinating.

• Have a data driven mindset and able to provide clear progress reporting on your activities.

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (ideally trilingual).

• Push your innovative thinking to come up with new ideas and reinvent the way we work.

• Knowledge of Workday is considered a plus.
