Job DescriptionJob Description SummaryAre you Team Leader by heart and a people person?Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment?As a Team Leader Outbound Administration, together with your team, you ensure accurate and timely preparation of documents for all outbound departures in line with the Service Level Agreements, ISO 13485 and compliance requirements.You represent the Outbound Administration Team and oversee operational and people management of the Outbound Administration.You will report to the EDC Administration Outbound manager, while focusing on compliance, efficiency and departures within Service Level Agreements.Your Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the outbound administration team, ensuring all departures from the EDC are executed in line with the Service Level Agreements
  • People management of the Outbound Administration Team
  • Prepare and act on operational metrics for the team in order to increase standardization and continuous improvement
  • Follow-up issues that occurred and ensure accurate communication towards stakeholders, escalate in collaboration with the EDC Administration Outbound Manager
  • Interact closely with following parties:
  • With the other Team Leader Outbound Administration
  • With Yard & Gate team to ensure an efficient process related to driver arrival, loading and paperwork,
  • With operations and Trade Compliance Center Of Excellence to avoid any hick-up in deliveries due to incomplete paperwork or delivery contents not matching paperwork,
  • With forwarders to ensure accurate shipping notifications, based on paperwork and details of delivery contents,
  • With customer care organizations, with business and with supply chain planning to ensure customer and business requirements are met within the E-DC quality policy
As Our Future Colleague
  • You have a master or bachelor degree with at least a couple years of experience in people management.
  • You have proficient knowledge of local and international transportation, full understanding of Inco terms and detailed knowledge of payment modalities in international trade.
  • You understand the warehouse process and flows including receiving, pick/pack, loading and shipping.
  • You have knowledge of customs regulations, documentation requirements for domestic and international trade.
  • You understand ISO 13485 and its requirements (e.g. recording practices and training)
  • You have knowledge of QA / regulatory policies & procedures, Dangerous goods.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English.
  • You are driven, can think out of the box and are a true motivator!
