Responsibilities

Functieomschrijving As Team Leader Warehouse you are responsible for direct and indirect leadership of the employees within the warehouse. You ensure:

  • Optimal functioning of the department by monitoring and optimizing productivity, efficiency, and quality assurance;
  • Minimizing errors and reducing lead times are part of your daily tasks;
  • Good communication within and outside the department, co-executing personnel policies;
  • Ensuring a safe working environment are also among your responsibilities.

Profiel

  • Experience in logistics processes and leadership experience;
  • Good knowledge and command of MS Office and logistics systems;
  • Excellent communication skills in English or in Dutch;
  • Commercial insight and a proactive attitude;
  • Experience in implementing quality procedures;
  • Flexible, stress resistant and willing to work overtime and alternating shifts.
