Job Description:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and dealers.

• You support globally Kavo Kerr internal and external customers with imaging product related technical challenges, this can be hardware related, but also on the software side.

• You raise imaging product related technical competence of Kavo Kerr internal and external customers (technical trainings, product change communication, as part of technical support).

• You are responsible for our complaint handling process.

Job Requirements:

• You have a bachelor in a technical field or relevant experience.

• You have experience in support (preferably in software and hardware).

• You have strong communication skills.

• Our team is multilingual. You communicate fluently in English and German

• You get energy from supporting customers.

• You are familiar with working with computers, and keen on learning more about hardware/software systems.
