For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Expert who propose enhancements to the dissemination and exploitation of data services and will produce training/documentation/guidance material in order to improve the overall efficiency, awareness and data literacy in the organisation.

Languages:ENG (mandatory) and Dutch / French (good to have)

Start date:ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Provision of data services and support to policy or project officers in relation with the FP related data, including the results and impact indicators of FP research and innovation projects and Programmes.
  • Organisation of the second level service desk; improvement, documentation of the associated business processes.
  • Support to the horizontal activities of evaluation, analysis and monitoring of R&I framework programmes.
  • Proposal of enhancements to dashboards and reports based on the input from the user service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level of education corresponding to level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (which typically corresponds to a master’s level or 5 years of higher education).
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Expertise in data, reporting and analytics domain.
  • End user assistance or support in the Business Intelligence domain.
  • Good knowledge of SQL language.
  • An experience in the Research and Innovation policy domain is considered to be good.
  • Good command on the following tools : SAP Business Objects XI 3.1, JIRA and Qliksense.
