The team you will be a part of

The Retail Marketing team is accountable for driving sell-out to the end-consumer through stores across all Channels by designing and executing the merchandising strategy as well as leveraging on the Promoter network across the geography.

This role in summary

Driving our Kitchen channel business by managing the commercial strategy and being a proactive initiator and reference for sales support and sales tools.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Drive the kitchen business with key trade partners and your sales counterparts, from an analytic perspective connected to a hands-on approach in execution.
  • Support the Category Managers for the relevant categories with insights and crucial commercial opportunities to create and maintain the best possible product portfolio.
  • Support with day-to-day activities, including development of catalogs & product sheets, and management of pricing.
  • Analyze competitive marketplace, gathering pricing and marketplace information, and translate your insights into recommendations on trade partner- and channel strategy.
  • Determining and maintaining commercial policy for Whirlpool business in the kitchen channel in BeNeLux

Minimum requirements

A degree in Marketing or business administration, and/or a first experience in a relatable role
You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus

Preferred skills and experiences


  • Proactive attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet software, Google suite is a plus
  • Experience or interest in the kitchen retail industry is a big plus
