Training Coordinator and Material Develope (Brussels, Belgium)

As Training coordinator with specific focus on Aftersales Material development, training class coordination and learning management systems administration, you are part of Komatsu Europe’s Training team and support the planning and development of the aftersales training activities.

Responsibilities

• Transform existing technical and aftersales training material into attractive and visual kits by adding images, visual and edited photographs
• Support the technical Trainers, aftersales Product managers and Marketing teams with visual content
• Transform powerpoint presentation into elearning material with an additional input of graphical design
• Coordinate the planning and organization of technical digital and onsite classes
• Coordinate the communication of training activities in collaboration with the training supervisor
• Administer the planned courses and activities the Komatsu’s Learning Management System
  

Requirements

• Either Degree in graphical design, marketing, creative design or degree in Event management or Office management.
• Degree or experience with technical oriented professions is a plus
• Experience with training activities and coordination
• Knowledge of design graphical programs (eg. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Première Pro and Aftereffect are all plus)
• Knowledge of elearning software packages (Articulate) is a plus
• Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus
• You are flexible, positive, open minded, show initiative, pro-active behaviour, independent and a team player
• Good communication skills and eager to learn
• You are organized and have eye to detail, can proof planning skills and put priority to clear communication
• You are a creative thinker who can express their own input and creativity but as well follow up clear instructions and develop designs within the corporate brand strategy
• You are interested in construction machinery or related business
