We have over 70,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.Our vision for Manufacturing Operations at BDOur Manufacturing Operations organization comprises multiple manufacturing locations across the globe where our teams have a hands-on role producing high quality products in high-quality facilities, what allows us to provide our customers with exceptional products and solutions.About The RoleThe training coordinator will work out the training landscape in the EDC, ensuring that the necessary training requirements are put into place & documented, will act as the local process coordinator and can also function as a back-up of the resource coordinator.Main Responsibilities Will IncludeThe training coordinator will work out the landscape for training in EDC Temse, which includes:

• Creation of training materials
• Organise training for the Temse EDC staff
• Follow-up 2-yearly retraining plan
• Document and safeguard training registrations
• Set-up C2C: roles, curricula, …
• Support supervisors in coordinating C2C set-up, efficiency checks etc…new people, people changed in function, people returning from long term absence (quizzes, job observations… follow-up)

You Will

• Support to provide training evidence when requested (eg in terms of audit)
• Provide metrics on a monthly basis to the staff
• Follow-up global C2C calls

About YouAsides a Bachelor degree you bring a first relevant working experience in a coordinating role, preferably in a Learning & Development environment.You can communicate fluently in English, proficiency in DutchIn order to be successful in this role, you also

• Have excellent coordination skills and strong attention to detail;
• Find happiness in seeking excellence in process execution;
• Can work autonomous, well organized and ability to prioritize;
• Ara able to take initiative and connect with different level of collaborators;
