Job description

primary tasks & responsibilities :

• support the department training manager :

• stay connected to network outside of the department in order to identify new training that must be added to staff training plans
• review training plans
• produce and publish Key Performance Indicators
• manage the ”Training management system”:

• ensure selection, development and delivery of training of quality (classroom, virtual classroom, e-learning and document-based training) by working with the appropriate stakeholders (process owners of QS) in the business for training needs and content
• stay up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant
• review system effectiveness and escalate any issue to Leadership Team
• ensure delivery of training and support to key-users

Requirements

experience, knowledge & soft skill requirements

hard skills :

• basic understanding of Computer system validation methodology
• good knowledge of GXP
• strong experience in training creation and management process
• mentoring proven capabilities, engaging and communicative personality
• willing to work on the shop floor
• negotiation, diplomacy and influencing skills. Able to interact with peers, subordinate and senior personnel in multidisciplinary environment
• ability to lead the process to generate the exchange of ideas to resolve problems, prioritize solutions, select optimal solutions and implement decisions
• MyLearning expertise
• University degree in Sciences (Bio Engineer, Biologist, Chemist,…)
• MS Office, SAP
• English fluent
• French intermediate
