Acolad is currently looking for its new Intern to work with the project management teams in our Brussels office.


You will support the project managers into some of their tasks:

  • File management: technical preparation of files according to customers’ requirements to translate using a CAT-tool
  • Content conformity and quality checks before delivery to customers
  • Allocate translation jobs to suppliers and prepare project package with instructions, …
  • Creation and follow-up of a project planning.
  • Back-office project management tasks
Exigences:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Sense of initiative
  • Good communication
  • Eagerness to learn the other side of the translation world
