DESCRIPTION


Clean, elegant and highly usable. That’s how we like our mobile and web interfaces. And that’s where you as a creative and experienced UI Designer play a key role. To enhance the user experience of our customers.

Join our digital team and show us your sharp analysis, creative ideas and high-quality work. Creating wireframes, sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, style guides, user flows and designs. Collaborating with UX designers, copywriters, developers, product managers and data analysts.

In short, a job with a lot of variety and daily impact on the design of AXA’s website and its tools for brokers and end users.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You design user interfaces, obviously. But what does that mean? Well, it all starts with getting to know what the business needs, what user data and feedback tells us and what the latest UI trends are. Especially in mobile. And then there’s a ton of exciting and fun things you can do with that:

  • Translate these needs and insights in new designs and design improvements.
  • Propose different approaches and design options to one solution.
  • Create interactive features and prototypes using Sketch / Figma and InVision.
  • Collaborate closely with everyone you need to get the job done: from developers to writers and UX designers.
  • Pitch and promote your design choices, concepts and vision with business stakeholders.
  • Create style guides and design systems for mobile and web.

QUALIFICATIONS


You’re bilingual NL/EN or FR/EN, know your way around the world of UI and can lead all aspects of the design process. Thanks to:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience
  • Your expertise in web and mobile first design
  • Sketch / Figma, Invision, Photoshop and Illustrator have no secrets for you.
  • Your accessibility standards knowledge.

  • You love to take the lead and are autonomous.
  • You are extremely curious and quick to pick up things.
  • You’re an optimist, change lover and problem solver.
