We are hiring a UX Designer & Researcher for our client, a leading European insurance company with offices in Brussels.

You will join an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of 4 UX Designers and Researchers. We’re looking for someone experienced in facilitating co-creation workshops, research and user testing. Sounds like you?

What does your day look like?

Aligning stakeholders,translating business needs into tangible concepts and MVPs,

Perform market and ethnographic research.

Perform usability studies with consumers.

Deliver UX Audit on existing digital screens/flows

Provide UX recommendations to UI Designers

Conduct UX testing with users, clients, brokers, self-employed, internal colleagues…you’re able to understand the UX internal need, understand a UX briefing, take the lead on a UX project with alignment with the other UX researchers, the UI designers and the internal stakeholders.

Are you the one? - Yes if:
You’re independent, engaged and not afraid of taking the lead. You’re able to be an ambassador for UX in the company.

Proven experience in UX testing, designing and facilitating workshops.

You will work on projects related to pension, investment and insurance products and the Digital translation of customer journeys. Ideally you have affinity or experience in the financial sector or the insurance industry.

You speak 2 languages: English and French or Dutch.
