Webmaster Content Publisher - CDD or Freelance

Ahead Digital, an agency specialized in digital strategy based in Brussels and Paris, is looking for a Webmaster Content Publisher for a 2months temporary contract to be filled in as soon as possible in Brussels (3 days remote every week).

As part of a mission realized at one of our main customers in Brussels, you will be in charge of the content management for one of our client’s websites (one of the European major bank) through the planification, publishing, organization, structuration and control of the web content.

Your challenge? You will participate to a great migration to a new CMS within the Publishing Department.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the content of our client’s websites in planning, publishing, organizing, structuring and controlling it;
• Collaborating with all content providers in or outside the organization;
• Working with a cross-departmental team, maintaining and developing the main content calendar for all web properties;
• Copyediting all web content;
• Managing the content integration (text, graphics, pictures audiovisual files) and respecting the defined planning.
• Working cooperatively with the key team members and client;
• Keeping current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events.

Technical skills

• Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems. At least 1 year of Opentext or Adobe Experience Manager practice is mandatory.

• Participation to a migration plan in the past is an asset.
• Have at least one experience managing online marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Enthusiastic and proactive and show meticulous attention and organization.
• Service-oriented.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is definitively a plus.
• A good command of English, knowledge of one of the two national languages, trilingualism an asset.
