We’re hiring!

We are looking for an Executive Producer to join the Caviar Brussels team. This is a full-time position working from our office in Mechelen. You will join our Commercial Production Departmentand be responsible for overseeing new productions and clients.

This is an opportunity to be part of an established and international company, specialized in producing content across a wide array of mediums, spanning from advertising and photography to feature films, TV series, tV shows, and post-production services.

About Caviar

We are a multi-award-winning production studio that represent a diverse and inclusive roster of directors. A lot has changed in the last twenty-five years. People have movie theaters in their pockets. The biggest television hit isn’t on broadcast or even cable. Co-workers are in different time zones. The use of the word “bespoke” has escalated to alarming levels in the advertising industry. One thing hasn’t changed: Caviar is still an international award winning film studio based in Brussels, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Amsterdam.

Candidate Profile

  • You have a minimum of 5+ years experience working as an experienced producer or EP
  • You have good connections and or network within the advertising industry
  • You have experience with producing small and larger scale productions
  • You have the ability to bid jobs
  • You have worked with (inter)national directors
  • You have experience in following up directors treatments on creative and productional level
  • You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and quality control
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Dutch, English & French)
  • You have the ability to work on new business alongside the Co-EP
