Our client is a multinational company specialized in high technology products. They are a global leader in the automation industry responsible for delivering high-precision and innovative products to companies worldwide.

They are currently looking for an Office Management Officer to support their team in Mechelen.

Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Office expansion: Searching new potential office locations in Europe, negotiation with local contractors, ensuring a timely opening of new offices
  • Ordering office materials, assisting with couriers and posting
  • Organizing and supervising the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities
  • Following up on e-mails, managing administration topics, checking invoices, etc.
The Successful Applicant
  • First working experience in a relevant position (office- or facility management) is required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and good time management skills
  • Good knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are open to occasionally do business trips within Europe
