Role description:

  • Develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans for buildings and technical systems in large and small logistic centers.
  • Manage safe operation and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and oversee asset management protocols, including regular inspections and budget management.
  • Coordinate technical maintenance companies, ensuring high safety standards, KPI management, and legal compliance.
  • Work collaboratively within a customer workplace experience team, supporting logistic operations.
  • To ensure 100% safe processes and legal compliance (ISO 14001, fire & electrical safety, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Electrical and Power Engineering, or Civil Works, with 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management, technical installations, and environmental policies.
  • You have a basic knowledge of regulations for building construction and building legal controls in Belgium.
  • Proven ability to supervise technical staff and a strong problem-solving mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and one of the two Belgium languages
