Sarens Projects is for the upcoming 3 years involved in a huge industrial building project, located in Antwerp harbor region. On the project site, we will deliver all kinds of hoisting services, as from the smallest lift till the biggest load-out, in a safe, qualitative and efficient way. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for a site administrator to help manage the project.

As Finance Administrator, you will assist our financial controller to maintain a good assessment and overview of the financial status of the project. Assisting with reports, preparing invoices, entering data,... You do all this in an accurate way. The nice colleagues and the varied package of administrative tasks provide a lot of job satisfaction.

Your job as site administrator in a nutshell:
  • Comprehensive project reporting, documentation and coordination
  • Invoicing administration
  • Tracking and editing Excel files on which financial analyses are done
  • Translating weekly reports into invoices
  • Monitoring and entering timesheets
  • Contact with customers via e-mail and telephone
  • Processing expense notes

In this position, you will report to the Project manager and work closely with the financial controller. You will work with your colleagues from administration. But will also work closely with the blue collar workers, supervisors, SHEQ,…. -
PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced accurate finance administrator. A dynamic team playerwith strong Excel skills. Someone with a ’getting things done’ mentality, rather today than tomorrow. You know how to organise your own work efficientlywith the necessary analytical skills. You are collegial and like to support and help colleagues where necessary. You communicate clearlyto colleagues and external partners.

The profile requirements:
  • Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree. or relevant work experience
  • Experience as an finance administratorin a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel(Macros Pivot tables, lookup functions...)
  • Knowledge of SAPis a plus
  • Strong communicationskills: English= excellent knowledge; Dutch, Spanish and Italian = plus.
  • Fluent with computer software(MS Office, possibly experience with booking programmes).
