Our client, a real estate investment and management company specializing in property development and asset optimization is looking for its new Finance Director to play a key role in the continued growth of the company.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the real estate company’s goals and objectives,
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial accounting, reporting and control systems,
  • Supervise the annual audits,
  • Oversee all aspects of the administration, communication with investors, capital calls and ensure the investors agreements are adhered to,
  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential real estate investment opportunities,
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to support informed decision-making across the organization,
  • Lead and manage a team, providing leadership, guidance and support in executive financial operations,
  • Establish strong relationship with banks, ensuring effective financial partnerships and banking operations for the company,
Profile
  • You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
  • You hold a master degree’ in Finance, Management or Economic Science.
  • You have strong knowledge in investment funds, real estate investment analysis and financial management.
  • You have at least a minimum of 8 years of experience as a senior finance professional in similar structure
  • You are diligent, team player, reliable and an excellent leader who enjoyed multitasking and executing with high attention to detail.
