For one of our clients, anentrepreneurial private equity platform in theGhent area, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across multiple investment vehicles and driving scalable growth.

Tasks

  • Coordinate cash flow planning and liquidity management by maintaining visibility over capital flows across entities
  • Supporting capital callsand distributions,liaising with banks on financing solutions and ensuring optimal liquidity planning
  • Build and maintain integrated financial models to support internal decision-making and return projections
  • Drive efficiency and structure in financial processes and internal reporting, including theimplementation of scalable systems and tools
  • Monitor tax compliance across jurisdictions and coordinate with advisors on the structuring of future vehicles
  • As the firm grows, expand the scope of the role to include supporting investor relations, fund structuring and strategic finance

Profile

Must-haves

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experiencein Audit, Controlling, CFO services or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial operationsin an investment or fund environment
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, including fund cash flow forecasting, waterfall models and valuation frameworks
  • Proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English
  • Based in or willing to commute on a regular basis (minimum 3 days per week) to Ghent

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with fund structures, financial regulations and/or private equity environments
  • Experience in investor reporting and performance analysis
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong cultural fit with a fast-paced, high-impact team
  • Additional languages beyond Dutch and English
