For our client active in the pharma industry we are looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Partner (FP&A).

The FP&A team focuses on P&L analysis, responding to business partner inquiries, and feeding data into tools like Anaplan for consolidation. As part of the European team, you’ll collaborate on activities related to Iberia, Nordics, Benelux, France, UK & Ireland, Germany, and East Europe.

The FP&A team focuses on P&L analysis, responding to business partner inquiries, and feeding data into tools like Anaplan for consolidation. As part of the European team, you’ll collaborate on activities related to Iberia, Nordics, Benelux, France, UK & Ireland, Germany, and East Europe.

  • key responsibilities

    Tasks:

    • Provide explanations/clarifications on P&Ls to business partners
    • Analyze and respond to specific requests
    • Input data into Anaplan for consolidation, challenging assumptions based on data
    • Work on volumes, prices, and OPEX – involves significant manual work

  • qualifications

    Must Have:

    • Minimum 3-5 years in the pharma industry, otherwise 5-7 years
    • Able to handle pressure behind deadlines
    • Analytical skills
    • Finance experience – P&L analysis, variable OPEX, fixed OPEX, salaries, and benefits
    • Communication skills for stakeholders (e.g., marketing) - ability to explain P&L analysis
    • Good Excel skills
    • English + French required (dedicated to the France region)

    Nice to Have:

    • SAP experience
    • Familiarity with forecasting tools, such as Anaplan
    • Experience in the pharma industry
    • Resourcefulness
