We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mechelen, Belgium.

As a financial administrative assistant you are the first point of contact for all day-to-day financial matters. You are responsible for the financial health of the company. You have a critical role looking for causes and possible improvements to the figures. This role will report into the Finance Director.


Your tasks will mainly consist of the following (but not limited to)

  • Management and follow-up of the incoming and outgoing invoice flow
  • The follow-up and reporting of outstanding accounts receivables
  • The preparation of payments
  • Monitoring of the cash flow
  • Supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Assisting in preparing budget
  • Analysing and reporting various internal processes based on KPI’s.

Requirements

  • Language skills : Dutch, English and French (essential)
  • Master’s or graduate degree in an economic or financial direction is a plus
  • Relevant work experience based on the above tasks
  • You can work independently
  • You are analytically very strong
  • You work accurately
  • You are a team player
