Description

  • Administrative and financial follow-up of contracts (updates of client data, communication to the client, maintenance of follow-up folders, support to the business manager for financial questions, management of business costs, etc.).
  • Renewal and closing of contracts in the system (calculation of indexations, budget encoding in the systems, updates, follow-up of lost and won contracts, etc.).
  • Pre-invoicing of contracts for approval by Contract Managers and invoicing.
  • Contractual "client" invoicing.
  • Follow-up on the payment of invoices in order to monitor cash flow and take action when necessary (customer reminders, credit notes).
  • Update the billing plan.
  • Provide the Business Unit Manager and the Business Unit Controller with the monthly billing estimate.
Adjust margins in the system based on decisions made by the Business Unit Controller/Contract Manager/Business Unit Manager each month.
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested by the Business Unit Controller and Business Unit Manager (support for monthly KPI reports, report on validated renewals for the month, etc.).

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
  • About 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of French
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
