About the job :Plan, coordinate, monitor warehouse daily activities to make sure the optimum & efficiency of warehouse operational that inline with the GMP, Safety, Food Safety, quality and environment procedures
  • Set, coordinate and monitor warehouse daily activities to make sure optimum and efficient warehouse operation
  • Monitor FG stock in FG warehouses by stock take and regular check to ensure the stock are inline with an updated data. Analyze stock level of FG warehouse to get an efficient & effective warehouse capacity
  • Monitor condition of warehouse equipment to ensure all units are in a good condition
  • Checking the accuracy of loading goods and goods location record to ensure both data are inline each other
  • Monitor, raise, communicate and negotiate request or order with all related parties (both internal or external) to ensure FG warehouse activities are effective & efficient
  • Improve team members’ knowledge and skill to enlarge team members’ ability within the job area
  • Observe and evaluate the existing process and procedures to ensure the continuous improvement environment exists
About You
  • At least possess Bachelor in logistic management, industrial engineering, commerce administration or similar
  • 5 years experience in the same field
  • Understand warehouse management & strategic management
  • Understand supply chain & production flow process
  • Good logical thinking
  • Good communication skill
  • Fast pace and self starter
  • Strong leadership skill and able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with Ms. Office andERP such Oracle, etc
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Able to work in a team or individually
  • Understand GMP, safety, food safety and quality standards and procedures
