Our client is an international insurance company. For the Service Desk, which is a Service that is supporting brokers/underwriters (clients of the insurance company), we are looking for temporary extra capacity for 4 till 6 months.

Together with your colleague, you will be responsible for customer and administrative support of the team:

Broker support

  • External brokers can design and manage a policy (polis) online through the website of our client.
  • They can contact the Service Desk for any questions or issues, e.g. requests for documents or specific forms
  • You will answer the phone and help the clients with their requests, logging requests and dispatching them in CRM.
  • You receive max 30 calls per day. 60% of the clients are Dutch speaking and 40% French speaking.
  • You manage the email box

Administrative support resulting from the customer requests

  • Document issuance (policy, endorsement…)
  • Policy Booking in Alps system (new business, cancellation, renewal)
  • Certificate issuance
  • Self audit for booking
  • Claims stats

Het profiel

  • You have at least a first working experience in a customer service/call center.
  • You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and operational level of English.
  • You are a real communicator and you like to be helpful with clients.
  • You are hands-on with excellent organization skills.
  • You are a team player.
