We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager for our vape products division. This exciting role will focus on cold calling, prospecting, and cultivating a strong client portfolio in the region of Flanders. If you are a dynamic professional with excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential clients within the Flanders region to introduce our vape product offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Regularly update and maintain client records, sales activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Flanders region for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze sales data and create informative reports.
  • High level of self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
