About Our Client

Job Description

  • Daily reception and review of accounting documents (bank statements, invoices);
  • Daily processing of the suppliers’ and customer invoices, bank statements, miscellaneous
    operations
  • To assist with the preparation of month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reports;
  • To assist with the preparation of periodical VAT-returns;
  • Assist with the annual audits;
  • Provide responsive service to clients and other stakeholders;

The Successful Applicant

  • A first experience in accounting is an advantage but is not required
  • A good knowledge of Excel is a must;
  • Previous experience with Yardi and/or BOB is a plus;
  • You are proactive, result-driven and you work efficiently;
  • You are organized and can focus on details;
  • You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good level of the other language. Above that you have a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
