For an international company located in region of Zaventem we’re looking for an AP Manager to join their finance department.

The AP Manager will be responsible for:

The daily booking of the bank statements
Daily allocation of cash in/cash out
Preparing the weekly payment run of invoices to be paid
Monthly reconciliation of the AP balances and statements from our suppliers
Coaching a junior accountant
Optimize the internal processes regarding the PTP
Participating in various projects surrounding optimizations of financial flows and systems
Preparing the transactional reporting: cash flows and AP Ageing Reporting
Reporting to the finance manager

Profile of ideal AP Manager:

You have 3 years of experience in a similar position
You are capable of coaching, supporting and managing a small team of 1 or 2 people
You are not afraid of taking on new things that are unknown
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
You are able to build constructive relationships with the different stakeholders
You have strong computer and business solutions software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, …)
