Administrative Assistant Building Management

About the job

APK Group is currently looking for a Building Control Officer. You will be responsible for supporting the department in order to achieve an effective and efficient building management practice within APK Group.
Some of your tasks:
You are responsible for carrying out various tasks every day:
  • Support for order and cleanliness, inspections, help and improvement with regard to building management.
  • Working on customer satisfaction of our BUs.
  • Accurate documentation and organisation: site-by-site plans, permits, inspections, electricity plans, etc.
  • Working within budget
  • Comparison of suppliers - quotations - price negotiation - complaint handling
  • Data collection and follow-up (Equipment overview on sites, inspections, floor plans, electrical diagrams, municipal, provincial and motor taxes, utility consumption + meter readings: water - gas - electricity, insurance)
  • Creating and checking invoices

Your profile

  • You have experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience or knowledge of building management/resource management is a plus, but not required
  • Working accurately
  • Punctuality
  • Independent work
  • Perfect point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues with questions / problems
  • Communicative
