Job Description


Reception/ Coordination of the Office


As an Office Assistant, you will actively support the Office Manager in the day-to-day management of the office in Belgium:

  • Manage reception: incoming calls, daily mail management (incoming and outgoing), visitor reception, meeting room preparation, etc.
  • Order office supplies


Sales & Administrative Support


As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Benelux sales team.

  • Develop documentation & presentations according to customers and products.
  • Develop and provide information to customers: samples, product photos, product descriptions, etc.
  • Provide logistical support to the organization of fairs and exhibitions.
  • Manage consumer claims according to processes in place.
  • Samples management: responsible for inventory management and sample shipments to customers and commercial customers.
  • Responsible for taking minutes of meetings
  • Facilitate the integration of newcomers (administrative, office equipment, etc.).

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational capacity and priority management
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual French/Dutch – Good level of English
