Together With Your Passionate Colleagues You Will Supply Administrative Support By Performing Tasks

As Administrative Assistantyou are always in contact with colleagues, customers and vendors, in Belgium and abroad.
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare financial reports.
  • Update and operate the intercompany dispute management system.
  • Follow up on identified errors in invoicing and vendor invoice processes.
  • Answering queries, filing, reporting and data processing.

  • Ability to work as a member of the team.
  • Good knowledge of the English Language.
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping experience.
