Robert Halfis currently looking for anAdministrative Assistant (m/f/x)for a company located inBrussels.

Our client is active in theInsurance sector.

The Responsibilities For This Function As Administrative Assistant Are
  • You report and provide support to the Director;
  • You provide administrative and organisational support to all teams;
  • You organise meetings: invitations, preparation of materials and catering;
  • You manage and maintain the office space, including ordering equipment and supplies;
  • You are responsible for the telephone and mailbox;
  • You provide translation support for non-French speaking team members;
  • You support the financial department with the insurance’ transaction;
  • You prepare accounting documents, verify incoming and outgoing invoices;
  • You take part in the audit.
The required qualifications for the position as Administrative Assistant are:
  • You have a bachelor’ degree.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English and French and a good knowledge of Dutch;
  • You are an advanced user of MS Office Suite;
  • You have a few years experience in a similar position;
  • You are detail-oriented, multitasker and willing to learn;
  • You have a strong attention to detail;
  • You are a teamplayer and able to support the team.
