Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Worker located in Pelt. The Administrative Worker will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing colleagues, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Key duties include organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting other departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills, including managing schedules and maintaining records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities to manage and support the driversteam
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Speak English, Russian, and Dutch
