Your mission:

  • As an extension of our "Testachats Invest" publications and the advice given therein, you will provide consumers with further information and respond in real time to a wide range of questions or requests relating to investments, insurance (life and non-life) and consumer credit
    • You handle and advise on contentious cases with a financial impact for the consumer

Your profile:

  • Master degree, preferably with a financial or economic orientation
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar function
  • Experience in financial investments with a good knowledge of Consumer Finance
  • Successful completion of an FSMA approved insurance training course for PCPs is an asset
  • Perfect command of French (both written and spoken) with a good knowledge of Dutch
  • Customer-oriented and a good listener, you are able to explain technical matters in simple terms
  • Good telephone skills and clarity - contact centre experience is an asset but not a must
  • Analytical mind and sense of responsibility to solve problems effectively
  • Flexible and stress resistant, you enjoy working in a team
