Honda Motor Europe Benelux is the Sales Headquarter of Honda in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and is responsible for selling Motorcycles (motorcycles & mopeds), Cars, Power Products (lawn mowers, outboard engines, power groups), spare parts and accessories. The products are distributed through an extensive network of distributors. For these activities we count on 60 enthusiastic colleagues on a daily basis in our offices in Zellik and Capelle ad IJsel (NL). They help make the dreams come true of so many people, perhaps yours too.

The Aftersales department is responsible for all aftersales services as spare-parts, accessories, and branded goods (maintenance programs, retention programs, …)

Outline of the role:

Lead the dealer network in his area, with focus on the achievement of parts & Acc target, this for the global budget as for the individual dealer targets. Support dealers in improving their turnover by coaching them in use of Honda systems as Electronic Vehicle Health Check, Automatic Parts Supply and Caremail. Focus on Customer retention and customer satisfaction (HCSI result). Expand the EVHC, APS and Caremail network, to provide dealers with Honda approved software tools to improve their aftersales profit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Realisation of the aftersales commercial targets in the area of responsibility (Parts & Accessories) and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Implementation of new tools in the network to support the business and support the use of existing tools.
  • Monitoring of the customer satisfaction index and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Improve aftersales processes @ dealers to maximize customer satisfaction and aftersales profitability.
  • Assure network coverage and assist Dealer development in the search and start-up of new dealerships.
  • Facilitates the communication between Honda and the network at the aftersales level.
  • Establish actions plans based on the analysis of collected KPI’s to support further improvements.
