The fleet front office in Kontich is managing contracts with some of the largest logistics and transportation companies in Europe. Besides managing our contracts we support the tire dealers in BeNeLux on a daily basis with any kind of question they have regarding their job entry in our central FleetOnlineSolutions tool. Our entire administration is jointly managed in Kontich together with our back office colleagues in Bucharest.

Our Front Office team has 7 warm and enthusiastic team members who help each other and who

strive to work as a team towards our goals. Our team members are quite diverse, where some have quite some experience and others are rather new within Goodyear. All of us will make sure that you will get a full training on our systems, customers, contracts etc.

To strengthen the team we are looking for a Fleet Front Office Agent who will:

  • be the first point of contact for some of the large customer accounts.
  • manage the monthly calculation of billing, manage fleet updates, handle invoice queries...etc.
  • communicate correctly and constantly with customers in order to ensure streamlined and fast processing of all aspects of our fleet contracts.
  • be one of the points of contact for the BeNeLux tire dealers who perform work for Goodyear on contracted vehicles.
  • help tire dealers on the different questions they may have with regard to jobs they enter in our system, invoice questions, vehicle questions, contract related questions...etc.

Our New Colleagues Should

  • have both customer service as administrative skills
  • must be a strong communicator and not afraid to talk on the phone to dealers and customers.
  • have strong knowledge of English, French and Dutch (any other language is optional).
  • be IT literate on common IT tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel
