Job Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: 500 Euros per day

Role Overview

• This is an opportunity to join fast-growing enterprise agile transformation team that is spearheading Agile and Scaled Agile transformations across strategic customers.
• The team consists of consultants who specialises in operating model design, enterprise agile transformation, IT strategy and governance, enterprise architecture, culture change, Agile tooling, training, and coaching to blend the right Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, DevOps, and KANBAN practices to address organisations’ business objectives.

Job Description

• You have a strong Agile mindset and convinced that Enterprise Agile Transformation is key driver to achieve the goals of a Customer Centricity and Digital First Organization.
• You are experienced in understanding the clients’ organization business and have proven ability to design and implement new target operating model including organizational design, people and roles, ways of work, governance, change and cultural elements.
• You have an experience in leading large and complex enterprise-wide agile transformation, leadership coaching and advisory experience as part of your previous roles.
• You are keen to help our customers understand and embrace agile ways of working and would like to play an active role in the full transformation continuum, from shaping the roadmap with senior management to hand-on coaching on the floor
• You are enthusiastic to work with global team of high-performing agile consultants and coaches in leading enterprise agile consulting practice.

Experience:

• Have experience of working with senior leadership in shaping Agile transformation programmes, designing operating models and creating transformation roadmaps
• Be an Agile Transformation Lead with specialisation in scaling Agile and managing the large and complex organisational change involved in Agile transformation.
• Have expert facilitation skills for Program Planning/Big Room/large rooms such as Product Vision, Design Thinking, Strategy, Definition, Roadmap, Visioning etc.
• Have a proven coaching, training, and mentoring skillset in Lean Agile and related methodologies Have one or more industry certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), ICAgile etc.
• Experience in training teams on Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) along with the capability to conduct role based Agile training such as Scrum Master Training, Product Owner Training, etc.
• Experience in creating and tailoring Agile processes based on customer need, keeping the processes always aligned to the Agile Manifesto

Knowledge & Skills

Your background

• Good understanding of Product Development and Software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional program management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a program and business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams including Managers and Senior Executives
• Successfully planning, road map creation and delivering Agile Programs in a distributed agile environment such as onsite / offshore model
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Certified in SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe Agilist, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and KANBAN
• Experience in leadership advisory role and deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, AND French and / or Dutch.
