Agile coaches typical activities:
Guide individuals, leads, teams and departments on optimizing their way of working by adopting agile practices, values and methodologies. Make use of your toolkits as a coach, trainer, consultant or moderator.
Promote self-organisation and a customer-driven mindset to help teams achieve great innovations and valuable outcomes
Analyse the organisation to spot areas of improvement and raise awareness to the leadership team to actively improve the system and organisational understanding
Develop and execute solutions to for organisational challenges together with leadership teams to help maximise the effectivity and efficiency of the Product & Tech organisation
Design and host trainings and training programs to help the organisation and each individual learning and growing according to their needs
Collaborate closely with the other Agile Coaches, share your knowledge and experience in order to grow together as a team
Guide people through change and support the company with change management

Expected Profile

3+ years: Product Ownership, Organizational Coaching, C-level Coaching, Agile Coaching
Experience with scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, ...)
Experience with prioritization backlog
Experience with technical and business teams
Strong experience with coaching
Knowledge & experience with transformation at scale
ENG (+ a national language is a plus)
Soft skills: team player, good communication skills, leadership skills, strategic thinking, ...
