Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join our Belgium ICT team.

  • You will be part of the Dematic Service Desk
  • You will participate in client deployments, Office365 management and support
  • Along with the team, you will take care of daily system maintenance and follow up

Ihre Qualifikationen

Next to your positive and service minded attitude, you bring also:

  • Excellent knowledge of client computing in a Windows 10 environment
  • Excellent Office 365 management knowledge
  • Problem solver
  • Independent worker
  • Customer oriented
  • Basic VM Ware knowledge
  • TCP / IP skills (switching, routing, firewall, VLAN’s)
  • Advantages: knowledge of VEEAM backup
