Within the Commercial Team and reporting to the Sales Manager of the Benelux division, the Sales Assistant will oversee the following missions ;
Sales & Administrative Support
As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Benelux sales team.
- Develop documentation & presentations according to customers and products.
- Develop and provide information to customers: samples, product photos, product descriptions, etc.
- Responsible of preparing samples for fairs, customers, Key Account Managers and other key stakeholders along with other logistical support.
- Manage consumer claims according to processes in place.
- Responsible for taking minutes of commercial meetings.
- Facilitate the integration of newcomers (administrative, office equipment, etc.).
Reception/ Coordination of the Office
You will also actively support the Office Manager in the day-to-day management of the office in Belgium:
- Manage reception: incoming calls, daily mail management (incoming and outgoing), visitor reception, meeting room preparation, etc.
- Order office supplies
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar position or are a fresh graduate with end-of-study internships
- Excellent organizational capacity and priority management
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Dutch & English – A good level of French is appreciated
