Description of Deliverables:

- Modeling and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria (project needs are clearly defined) - Creation of user stories and epic (Comprehensive user stories and epics, including acceptance criteria that should be detailed to guide the development team) - Assist with sprint planning and review meeting (help on work priority and reflect the completed work) - Backlog Management (Maintain and prioritize the product backlog , and ensuring it’s include refine user stories and meet the definition of ready) - Facilitate agile ceremony (daily stands-up, sprint reviews, retro) - Quality assurance (work with QA to develop test plans and ensure deliverables meet quality standards) - Training materials and documentation to support rollout of new features and systems

Core Competency Skill Sets : Technical ’The candidate of functional business analyst will be able to demonstrate the following competencies - Oral and written communication skills - Process Modeling and workflow analysis - Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and critical thinking - Data analysis and visualization skills - Software testing principles - Agile methodology - Proficiency in O365 (Teams, Sharepoint, ...) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence, ...) skills
