BIM Manager

Your responsibilities include:

With a strong multidisciplinary experience in industrial environments, you will be able to lead the BIM team on projects. Your relevant experience will allow you to manage and coordinate the full BIM process for implementation within the company and on a project level from concept design to detailed development.

Your responsibilities include:

· Lead the collaborative development of BIM Project/ Program Standards

· Identify technology innovations with potential to positively affect project outcomes.

· Assisting in creation and maintenance of Standard Libraries

· Oversee or lead the development of BIM Execution Plans

· Understand the project’s contractual requirements and clearly define expected BIM scope

· Support the project process, train project participants, and support project teams in using BIM

· Conducting and leading periodic coordination meetings with project teams

· Coordination and daily management of BIM projects

· Setting up or assisting with setting up new projects

· Setting up quality control sessions for project teams

· Performing Quality Control reviews such as clash detection and visual inspection of models

· Validate compliance of BIM models with BIM standards with assistance of BIM Leaders

· Understand and apply the ISO 19650 and most common standards

Job Requirements:

· You have a Master Degree in Construction or Architecture.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry implementing and leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the design and delivery of a variety of building types, and in supporting and training staff on the process.

· Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Common Data Environments (BIM 360, Solibri, BIM Collab…), COBie…

· Experience in Model Analytics & Simulation, Point Clouds, Dynamo, Python, IFC...

· Experience with 4D and 5D BIM processes and tools is a plus

· You are assertive, flexible, creative, and motivated. You are able and willing to take initiative, and you are also a team player.

· You are rigorous, anticipative and stress resistant, with good communication skills

· Any experience in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical and/or Primary Industries is an asset.

· You are fluent in English+ Dutch or French. German and/or Spanish wil be a plus.
