- Serve as the EMEA Brand Director for efgartigimod (MG) with responsibility for sales, marketing and commercial strategies for the launch of efgartigimod in Europe
- Shape the regional Sales & Marketing plans, accelerate growth of the business and support alignment of product business goals, working closely with affiliate teams
- Assess marketing and sales opportunities through appropriate research
- Prepare and oversee sales and marketing budget and regular sales forecast revisions
- Establish the argenx commercial excellence / go-to-market approach for Europe and ensure that sales efforts maximize returns on assets, while achieving the strategic, commercial and financial targets
- Analyze sales performance and implement plans for improvement, as needed
- Establish sales force effectiveness models for Europe
- Build a strong EMEA brand team, ensuring strong collaboration across geographies and across functional areas
- Collaborate closely with the Country Teams, including marketing and commercial plans, objectives, tactics and SFE
- Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements and aligned with all local codes of practice (ABPI, EFPIA, etc.)
- You have a proven track record of success in previous roles, demonstrating continued progression throughout your career (high potential)
- You have hands-on experience leading sales, marketing and / or commercial excellence activities for specialty therapeutics, preferably in the orphan drug space
- You have proven business planning and financial management acumen, with a data-driven and analytical approach to building new businesses
- You have 5-10 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry including operational and strategy roles.
