Business Analyst – AI Services Expansion – Leuven

Our healthcare in Leuven is looking for a client-facing Business Analyst to support the rollout and adoption of AI-driven clinical data solutions.

This will aid an international expansion of AI services, focused on helping hospitals, clinics, and life sciences companies unlock insights and actions from their data.

They are expanding their AI platform across Europe and North America and require a candidate to work directly with clients, translate clinical needs into technical requirements, and hopefully lead to an extended adoption of their AI solutions.

Role:

  • Act as the main client liaison for AI services projects, understanding needs and challenges
  • Gather, analyze, and document clinical workflows and business requirements
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications for internal AI and data teams
  • Plan and coordinate AI solution rollouts, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to support adoption
  • Collaborate closely withteams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or client-facing analytics role
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is advantageous
