At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst (AI/ML) to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Definition of AI use cases within business processes.
  • Preparation of AI use case assessments.
  • Management of stakeholder requirements and translation into structured technical specifications for AI integration.
  • Development and maintenance of technical requirement documents for AI-driven solutions.
  • Coordination and review of AI use case documentation, implementation progress, and model performance (
  • Reporting of AI use case progress, risks, and stakeholder feedback to project leaders and business users.
  • Assistance with AI integration workshops.


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 11 years of experience).
  • Advanced understanding of AI technologies (Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering).
  • Proven ability in requirement collection and translation.
  • Skilled in technical communication and documentation.
  • Experience in AI Use Case Identification, AI and Machine Learning Concepts and prompting engineering.
  • Demonstrated capacity of agile adaptation to evolving technologies.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or any AI and Machine Learning Certifications (Aws, Azure, Google etc.) will be considered an asset.
  • A good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2) is required (French will be an advantage).
