Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
The Business Analyst will have to create and implement the processes, business procedures, tools and
reports to ensure the smooth running of the Supply Chain unit’s missions.
Create and implement Level 3 (organizational processes) and Level 4 (activities) processes, business.
procedures, tools and reports to ensure the smooth running of the unit’s missions.
These new processes aim to:
• Define and select the essential and/or high-value equipment for the development and
maintenance activities of the electricity and gas network (definition of strategic equipment);
• Capture, compile and consolidate on a recurring basis the needs concerning the availability of
strategic equipment according to the sites and/or projects.
• Set up a forecasting tool to establish the volumes of equipment in the short, medium and long
term. This tool should take into account any changes in the delivery times of the goods, the
current stock level, the needs, the min/max levels accepted, etc.
• Define the roles and responsibilities of all the actors/departments involved in the procurement
processes (Design Office, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Operational, etc.).
• Ensure the correct relay between departments and ensure the necessary fluidity throughout the
process to avoid any stock shortage.
Responsibilities.
• Analysis of business processes as currently conducted
• Analysis and formulation of new business needs (identification of activities to be created,
developed or deleted) Definition of the target situation (to-be)
• Impact analysis between the as-is and to-be situation
• Identification of impacts in terms of resources, applications and data (more specifically on the SAP
MRP module)
• Modeling of the to-be process
• Drafting of business procedures allowing the implementation of the to-be process
