But Who is Darwind?

Darwin is a famous man for his evolution theory. (Yes, I know ).

Darwind goes a dimension further. We suggest going beyond evolution and become resilient.

Darwind was born from the observation that the current model of consulting firms did not allow to get a Win for the 3 parties: the consultant, the client and the company.

We do this by going back to basics: the motivation/ the pleasure of coming to work of the consultant as the first factor of success for everyone.

Today, we’re looking for our new colleague, a BusinessDeveloper :

Your role

Under the responsibility of the managing director with whom you will work in close collaboration, you will have different responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential prospects and organize client meetings
  • Create and manage a network of clients, develop long term business relationships based on commitment and trust
  • Follow up and support existing business accounts
  • Find and develop new markets, improve
  • Contacting directly the client, listening and understanding their needs and presenting Darwind as a trustable partner
  • Find projects for consultants

Networking : Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Knowing the aspirations and capabilities fo consultats in depth in order to find the most appropriate mission for them
  • Preparing consultants for client interviews
  • When you’ll be confident, you will ensure the follow-up of consultant missions with the client
  • Freelance management (be in regular contact with a pool of freelancers)
  • Contribute to the annual evaluation of consultants

Skills and personality

  • You are eager to learn and look forward to be trained as a Business Developer
  • You are naturally proactive
  • You have excellent communication skills and able to connect with very different people
  • You are fun to work with
  • You have an ability to negotiate
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (prospecting and client visit in the 3 languages)
  • Diploma : master
  • You are curious and up to date with current events/general knowledge
  • 0-5 years experience would be ideal
  • You are able to work under pressure
  • Autonomy and ability to work alone as well as in team
