All About The Role
You will be responsible for driving product adoption and awareness by calling eligible restaurant partners to sell our restaurant advertising solutions and other Commercial Growth products. You will ensure our restaurant partners have a full understanding of our offered solutions during the sales process to establish a successful campaign and maximise the commercial opportunity (as measured by revenue generated and retention rates of restaurant partners using our offered solutions).
- Driving sales through phone, email and online demonstrations to the appropriate restaurant partners on our sales target lists;
- Using data available to help restaurant partners understand the impact of our advertising and other Commercial Growth products;
- Ensuring high restaurant partner satisfaction and trust at all times during your interactions with restaurant partners;
- Optimising and grow existing campaigns via upsell and cross selling techniques;
- Ensuring our sales process is followed correctly at all times;
- Identifying new business opportunities where possible;
- Managing conversations with restaurant partners to renew and retain their interest in our restaurant advertising solutions.
- Proven work experience in telesales or business development (2+ years);
- Fluent Dutch/English language skills;
- Self motivator who thrives in a target driven environment;
- Understanding of the food delivery and restaurant industry is a plus;
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
- Highly organised with great communication skills;
- Team player, you know what a good team dynamic looks like;
- Hard working and capable of delivering under pressure;
- Possess creative and innovative sales ideas;
- Able to network and negotiate;
- Instills trust and always has a customer-centric approach to selling.
