Job Description: Business Development Intern (Internship)

Location: Evere, Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Language Requirements: French & English (fluent), other languages are an asset

Context and Project Description:

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of business development in the life sciences industry. Reporting to the International Sales Specialist, the intern will play a pivotal support role in both inbound and outbound sales activities, helping to drive new business opportunities and contribute to the maturation of go-to market motions and stack.

Mission:

As a Business Development Trainee, your main mission will be to support the acquisition of new clients for Enovalife. This will include:

  • Inbound Activities:
    • Assist in the creation of content for business development (articles, social media posts, case studies, newsletters, etc.).
    • Contribute and coordinate marketing-related projects.
    • Organize webinars and other digital events to engage prospective clients.
    • Support copywriting tasks, including the creation of sales and promotional materials.
  • Outbound Activities:
    • Participate in lead generation efforts, including prospecting for new clients under the supervision of your coach.
    • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to initiate contact with potential clients.
    • Develop and refine scripts and campaigns for sales outreach to ensure effective communication with prospects.
  • B2B Event Organization:
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of business-to-business events, including international trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
    • Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution to maximize client engagement.
  • RevOps activities
    • Contribute to the successful implementation of new go-to market tools

    Skills and Qualifications:

    We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following qualifications and skills:

    • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages for different audiences (with and/or without the support of AI tools).
    • Creativity: A knack for creating engaging content and ability to constantly revisit approaches based on market feedback.
    • Sales Acumen: Interest in sales and business development, with a proactive attitude towards reaching out to potential clients.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., AI, social media, email marketing platforms), though no specific prerequisites are required.
    • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and coordinate efforts with various teams.
