Who are we looking for?

A Business Development Manager with B2B experience to guide and support our organization in the full business development process.

Your responsibilities

You will manage and develop the full business development process in close collaboration with internal parties – You can identify and develop strategic opportunities within the changing IP market for revenue-generating and value-creating transversal group opportunities – You will support and co-develop commercial business plans for existing clients and prospects – You interact closely with the relevant leadership team, MarCom, Data, HR and other internal parties to align business development efforts with the adopted strategic approach – You will coordinate coaching and guidance to create awareness and commitment towards internal parties – You will deliver strategic projects and initiatives as required by the leadership team.

Your profile

Minimum 5 years of international experience in a B2B sales, key account and/or business development role – Knowledge of IP is considered a plus – Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take data driven decisions – Strong negotiation and problem solving skills – Trilingual NL/FR/ENG – Proactive and result oriented with a strong drive for success – Able to build relationships and motivate others.
